We collect account information provided by users, such as name, email address, role, brand records, Google Analytics property IDs, advertising account IDs, and integration settings.

When authorized by a user, we may process reporting data from connected services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.

Google user data

Digital House Automations uses Google API access only to provide reporting automation features requested by the user. This may include reading Google Analytics or Google Ads reporting data and creating, updating, or reading Google Sheets and Drive files used for reports.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect against abuse, or with the user's direction.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, manage workspace access, connect authorized accounts, run scheduled sync jobs, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve service reliability.

Data storage and security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored credentials, tokens, configuration data, and report metadata.

Access to the application is limited to authorized users. Sensitive credentials are stored for the purpose of maintaining integrations and may be removed by an administrator.

Data sharing

Report data is written to the spreadsheets and folders configured by the user or workspace administrator. We do not share personal information or connected account data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain account, configuration, audit, and integration data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements, or comply with legal obligations.

Users or administrators may request removal of stored integration credentials when access is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can revoke third-party access through the relevant platform settings, remove saved credentials in the application where supported, or contact the workspace administrator for account and data requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when the latest version took effect.
